Are you wondering how the 25% of the year went by so fast? The first quarter of the year has been wrapped up! How are the resolutions and goals you have set for this year? Are you like me, who is somehow struggling in getting back to your passion plans, saving, fitness goals and the like? The struggle is real in sticking with it, right?!
As the new quarter begins, let’s take a time to check and see how things are progressing. Here are 3 simple steps that we can consider in bringing our goals and resolutions back to life.
1) Revisit Your Goals and Resolution
Let’s start by getting back with the mindset we have at the beginning of the year. Check again and be reminded with our declarations that this will be the year we are going to do all those great things we have written on our lists. Whether it is personal or professional goal, you may consider posting it somewhere visible and get reminded daily by having your dream board or a support partner.
2) Set Deadlines and Be Inspired
Most of us are good in listing goals but forgot to do action plans. You know, it is not enough to list down and just revisit your goals. We need to set schedules and action steps, a practical and measurable one, to push through with our goals. You might don’t now, the reason that you are stuck now is because you were not able to specify your deadlines or action steps. Make time if you do not have time. re-commit to your goals. Think, pray and be inspired about it.
3) Begin and Get Back on the Track
Be inspired to wake up everyday, knowing that everyday is another chance to grow, work and reach your goals. Remember, it doesn’t have to be January 1st for us to start again. Keep moving forward and Start Now!
